I get bored easily. What do you have to add variety to the standard workout?
We are excited to offer whole body vibration. Although not typically found in gyms yet, many chiropractors use whole body vibration because of the benefits it offers. We also have weighted hula hoops, body blades, and a yoga/stretching space.

One of the most effective cardio/whole body workouts is rowing. The rowing machine is fun, easy on the joints, and a great alternative to traditional cardio. We also have the StairMaster, Treadclimber, treadmills, ellipticals, and recumbent and spin bikes for cardio options.

How can whole body vibration help me?
Studies have shown whole body vibration may stimulate metabolism, increase bone density, reduce the stress hormone cortisol, elevate human growth hormone levels, and improve lymphatic flow. Some studies also show WBV may stimulate collagen production and circulation, both known to benefit those with diabetes and pre-diabetes. People with diseases like multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and some forms of arthritis can benefit from muscle toning and conditioning of WBV treatment.
