I get bored easily. What do you have to add variety to the standard workout?
We are excited to now offer whole body vibration. Although not typically found in gyms yet, many chiropractors are now using whole body vibration because of the benefits it offers.
One of the most effective cardio/whole body workouts is rowing. The rowing machine is fun, easy on the joints and a great alternative to traditional cardio. We also have treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes and spin bikes for cardio options. We also have a punching bag, weighted hula hoop, and cardio and body blades.
How can whole body vibration help me?
Studies have shown whole body vibration may stimulate metabolism, increase bone mineral density, reduce the stress hormone cortisol, elevate human growth hormone levels, and improve lymphatic flow.
